How the CFML Residential

Investment Funds work?

CFML Residential Investment Property Funds offer an investment opportunity to earn an income throughout
the Funds investment period. When the building (containing their selected apartments) is complete, the investors secure the freehold title to their pre-selected apartment in a prime Auckland CBD location.

  1. NZ$750,000 is a minimum Wholesale Investor requirement under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 but is below the threshold for qualification for Immigration New Zealand Investor visas. Investors should seek immigration advice of the necessary qualification level.

  2. Under current INZ policy.

Investment Process

  1. Settlement is defined as when a Certificate of Title,  Practical Completion Certificate & Code of Compliance Certificate is issued for the development and payment of the purchase price and transfer of title is completed.

 

Key Fund Highlights

CFML aims to establish two or three Residential Investment Funds each year ¹  which will be:
•     specific to an approved development.
•     separate closed-end Funds.
•     NZ$750,000 minimum investment, open to wholesale investors only.
