Withdrawals

Investors are unable to withdraw their investment for a period of 2 to 3 years from the date of investment. The duration is to be determined by the Manager and notified closer to the maturity date. The manager may approve early withdrawals for hardship. The Manager may approve early withdrawals for hardship. The Manager can redeem units on notice to investors at any time.

Conversion

The Manager may convert units to an investment in the Mortgage Fund

Fees

 There are no upfront fees for investing in the CFML Premium Cash Fund. There are ongoing Management Fees, Supervisor Fees and Administration Fees that are deducted before you receive your quarterly return.

Tax

The Premium Cash Fund will elect to become a multi-rate portfolio investment entity (PIE) from inception. The Mortgage Fund may also qualify to be a foreign investment variable-rate PIE. The amount of tax you pay in respect of a PIE is based on your prescribed investor rate (PIR).  To determine your PIR, go to the following website, or refer to the information below. If you are unsure of your PIR, we recommend you seek professional advice or contact Inland Revenue. ​
