Types of Loans

CFML Loans can lend to borrowers with either residential owner-occupied and residential investment property in New Zealand. Borrowers must be able to offer a 1st ranking mortgage security.

CFML Loans can provide borrowers with the following types of loans:

  • Investment Property
    • 1st mortgage lending for residential investment property.
  • Refinancing
    • Looking to open equity in an existing property or looking to refinance an existing loan?
  • Interest Only / Principal and Interest
    • We offer both interest-only and principal and interest style of repayments.

CFML Lending and CFML are members of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) and approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Under the FSCL Terms of Reference a complainant may refer a complaint to FSCL if it has taken CFML Lending or CFML longer than 40 days to resolve. Alternatively, if you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing info@fscl.org.nz or calling FSCL on 0800 347257 . Full details on how to access the FSCL scheme can be obtained on their website: www.fscl.org.nz . There is no cost to you to use the services of FSCL. CFML Lending’s FSCL Membership number is 7237 and Conrad Funds Management Limited’s FSCL Membership number is 6400.

We have an internal complaints process and undertake to investigate your concerns promptly and fairly.
