Conrad Funds Management Limited, CFML Lending and CFML are members of an independent dispute resolution scheme operated by Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL) and approved by the Ministry of Consumer Affairs. Under the FSCL Terms of Reference a complainant may refer a complaint to FSCL if it has taken Conrad Funds Management Limited, CFML Lending, or CFML longer than 40 days to resolve. Alternatively, if you are not satisfied by our response, you may refer the matter to FSCL by emailing  or calling FSCL on 0800 347257. There is no cost to you to use the services of FSCL, CFML Lending’s FSCL Membership number is 7237 and Conrad Funds Management Limited’s FSCL  Membership number is 6400.
